After shipment, delivery generally requires an additional 1 to 5 business days depending on destination and carrier performance.

We currently ship only within the United States.

Returns and Refunds

Due to food safety and quality standards, we do not accept returns of opened or unopened coffee, tea, or consumable products.

If the issue is determined to be our responsibility, we may replace the affected product and cover associated costs up to $25.00.
